About Us
ECOS Environmental & Disaster Restoration, Inc. is a Colorado Corporation founded in 2004 specializing in 24/7 emergency response, offering a full range of environmental, catastrophe, and residential services. Since our inception, we have continually operated as a disaster cleanup company, successfully performing flood, fire, and hazardous material services, which remain our principle disciplines. Our professionals are just that: they have been extensively trained, hold the proper certifications and experience, and are prepared to respond to any environmental emergency or loss.
The Owners
We are James and Theresa Lowry, the current owners of ECOS. In December of 2013, we purchased ECOS with the goal of providing a great customer service experience to relieve the stress of a devastating loss from a fire or flood. We understand that the key to great customer service is in the employee base, and so we have focused a lot of resources on training the ECOS employee base with IICRC classes in Denver, as well as bringing in talented veterans with many years of experience in the industry.

Founders
Caleb and Monica Edelman founded this company on May 18, 2004, and grew the company into three locations– Boulder, Steamboat Springs, and the company’s headquarters in Glenwood Springs. Under their strong leadership, ECOS received the prestigious Business of the Year Award for the Aspen Chamber of Commerce (picture below).
