Administrative Assistant
ECOS Environmental & Disaster Restoration (“ECOS”) is looking for an Operations Administrative Assistant in the Glenwood Springs Branch. Successful candidates will enjoy working in a fast paced environment and is comfortable wearing many hats. The position has plenty of room for growth. Job responsibilities will include, but are not limited to, the following:

Responsibilities:
- ALL job file management for the GWS branch
- Organize the technicians to help keep jobs running smoothly and efficiently
- Assisting Senior Management with general office work
- Working on all software programs to set up customers, pull reports or other tasks
- Answer the telephone, take messages and communicate effectively to all clients and internal staff
- Assist with AP/AR
- Assist with ad hoc projects
Qualifications:
- Self-motivated and able to work independently.
- Familiar with technology and able to learn new software programs
- Must have a sense of urgency
- Able to work within a team environment
Certifications, Licenses, and Registrations:
- Must have a valid Driver’s License and a safe driving record
- Must pass a drug test
- Must pass a criminal background check– no felonies or thefts
Salary:
- Hourly, determined based on experience
- Overtime & on-call bonuses

Water Mitigation Technicians
ECOS is looking to hire water mitigation technicians for our offices located in Aurora, Glenwood Springs, Steamboat Springs. We are hiring excited individuals who are eager to learn and have a go getter attitude! Experience is awesome; however, we are more than willing to invest time training the right candidate who is looking for growth in a restoration career with ECOS.

Responsibilities:
- First responder to disaster emergencies
- Water extraction, fire damage restoration, mold remediation, etc.
- Maintaining equipment and vehicles
- Job site prep and cleanup
- Performing highly demanding labor
- Working under difficult physical conditions(such as in crawl spaces or attics)
- On-call rotation
- Communicating with customers
- Working under Lead Technicians
Qualifications:
- Focuses on meeting customer needs with great customer service
- Works well as a part of a team and individually
- Good communicator and problem-solver
- Eager to learn
- Basic technology skills
