Jake Anschuetz
About
Jake Anschuetz is an award-winning restoration leader who has built his career from the ground up, advancing from Mitigation Technician to Lead Technician, Project Manager, Mitigation Manager, and ultimately Branch Manager. That progression gives him firsthand knowledge of every level of the restoration process—from performing technical work in the field to leading large teams, managing complex losses, developing business relationships, and overseeing the financial performance of an entire operation.
Throughout his career, Jake has directed a $6.5 million mitigation division, provided interim leadership for a $3.5 million contents operation, and managed teams of up to 28 restoration professionals. His experience extends well beyond his local market; he has traveled across the country to lead catastrophe-response efforts and help communities recover following Hurricanes Helene and Milton. Whether responding to an individual property loss or coordinating operations during a widespread disaster, Jake is known for remaining calm, organized, and decisive when the stakes are highest.
Jake brings extensive expertise in water, fire, smoke, mold, and large-loss restoration, along with advanced knowledge of Xactimate, Symbility, damage assessment, scope development, moisture mapping, claim documentation, and insurance-carrier collaboration. He holds IICRC credentials covering water-damage, fire-and-smoke, and mold restoration and has been recognized with the “Best of the Best” leadership award.
At the center of Jake’s leadership philosophy is a genuine commitment to people. He understands that restoration professionals often meet customers during one of the most difficult moments of their lives. He approaches every loss with empathy, honesty, and urgency—giving customers clear guidance while ensuring his team delivers safe, thorough, and professional results.
Outside of work, Jake is a devoted husband and father who values time with his family. He brings that same sense of responsibility, loyalty, and purpose to the people he leads and the communities he serves.
