Throughout his career, he has advanced from hands-on fieldwork into leadership positions, including roles as a Lead Technician and Project Manager. This well-rounded background has given him a strong understanding of the restoration process—from evaluating damage and coordinating field operations to managing project documentation, developing estimates, and communicating with customers.
Joshua is knowledgeable in Xactimate and recently earned his fifth industry certification, reflecting his continued commitment to professional development and mastering his craft.
